The MOA signing was held last August 26, 2026. Most Rev. Bp. Roberto Mallari DD, Bishop of Tarlac, Rev. Fr. Neil John Fetalvero (Asst. Secretary to the Bishop), and administrators from OLPCS: Rev. Fr. Anthony George Bergonio (Rector), Rev. Fr. Frank Manalang (Dean of Studies), Rev. Jeffrey Gramonte (College Director), and Rev. Fr. Estelito Gamboa Jr. (Spiritual Director), were present during the program with our own professors and students. SVST has committed to support the struggling college seminary in providing volunteer professors in Philosophy, developing the academic programs and educational facilities, like the library. The Diocese and the seminary have expressed their commitment to strengthen ties with SVST, ensuring that its products undertake their own theological formation at SVST.
