The Memorandum of Agreement signing was held last August 26, with Most Rev. Bp. Roberto Mallari DD, Bishop of Tarlac, Rev. Fr. Neil John Fetalvero (Asst. Secretary to the Bishop), administrators from OLPCS: Rev. Fr. Anthony George Bergonio (Rector), Rev. Fr. Frank Manalang (Dean of Studies), Rev. Jeffrey Gramonte (College Director), and Rev. Fr. Estelito Gamboa Jr. (Spiritual Director) and SVST’s administrators, professors, and students present during the program. SVST has committed to supporting the college seminary by providing volunteer professors in Philosophy and developing academic programs and educational facilities, like the library. The Diocese of Tarlac and OLPCS expressed their commitment to strengthen ties with SVST, with the assurance that their seminarians will undergo theological formation at our Vincentian institution, walking hand-in-hand at the Margins of the Church.
